Travel and visa processes !

The trainers are responsible for proactively making sure they start visa process
immediately when a course has been scheduled to them. If they see any
possible issues with the application lead-time, passport availability, travel dates
whatsoever, they MUST inform nokia@upknowledge.com clearly about them,
well in advance. And provide us with a plan which can actually work. We cannot
do the planning here, the trainer must do it.

If any doubts, we need to know exactly what they are so that we can also
inform the customer. And it is not acceptable that a trainer just stands still
waiting for someone else to react and then the entire event slips past
when visa cannot be obtained. The worst thing is when this comes up
right before the course as a surprise to everyone!
